Electro Current

Current takes place every second Friday of the month at Liquid Charm Bar & Lounge (2nd floor) in Philadelphia, PA. Your hosts DJ Pussy Galore and Dave Ghoul keep the night grooving and the Liquid Charm staff rock the bar. Transistor Lounge

For the last three years 'Transistor Lounge' has been Hollywood's premiere spot for downtempo, afro latin, nu jazz and eclectic rhythms. It happens every Wednesday at Nacional, located at 1645 N. Wilcox just south of Hollywood Blvd. Nacional is gorgeous, modeled after a 1950's Cuban Lounge It has an enclosed smoking patio with a fireplace, tons of seating and an intimate dance floor.

Button Down Disco

Buttoned Down Disco was started in October 2002 as a one-off party, for people who wanted to go out and dance somewhere which was neither pretentious nor cheesy. We got the balance right and the night was a success.Everyone involved had such a good time, that we decided to make it a weekly party, and hold them every Saturday night in Soho.
We generally play whatever is rocking our worlds at the time, but for the sake of pinpointing genres, we play Eclectic Pop, Indie, Punk, Electro, Funk & Disco.
So that means no R'n'B, no cheesy pop. and no boring crap!
